Chartwell's 2012 Best Practices Awards for Utility Marketing and Customer Service
The original awards of their kind for utilities, Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards recognize excellence among electric and/or gas utilities with respect to projects, programs and/or service initiatives.
Chartwell honors two utilities for their initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience, communications and/or awareness.
The 2012 Chartwell Best Practices Award for Marketing and the 2012 Chartwell Best Practice Award for Customer Service will be awarded during EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference, held Oct. 9-12 in San Diego.
Winners will receive the honor of presenting on their award-winning program during the conference. Other top-entries will be recognized as runners-up.
